Kyle Sandilands Returns to Work as Cameras Roll on Mysterious New Show at His Vaucluse Mansion
Kyle Sandilands has been spotted back at work for the first time since his dramatic departure from Australian Radio Network, with a production crew arriving at his luxurious Vaucluse mansion to film a mysterious new project.
The 55-year-old broadcaster appeared in his familiar all-black outfit as he stood on the front steps of his Sydney home on Friday, welcoming crew members and overseeing equipment being carried inside.
The sighting offers the clearest indication yet that Sandilands is moving quickly to build his next media chapter away from traditional radio.

Filming Begins on ‘At Home With Kyle’

According to reports, the cameras were filming a new series titled At Home With Kyle, which is expected to form part of Sandilands’ upcoming subscription-based media platform.
The program will reportedly give audiences access to previously unseen moments from inside his private life and business operation.
A source said the series would include behind-the-scenes footage and interviews recorded during and after Sandilands’ widely publicised legal dispute with ARN.
Filming is understood to have started shortly after his suspension from the network, suggesting Sandilands and his team had already begun documenting the turmoil while the dispute was still unfolding.
Production workers were seen carrying large cases of professional equipment into the mansion. Several crew members also wore black jumpers displaying the logo for Sandilands’ new media venture, Kyle Sandilands Live.
A New Platform Without Ads or Censorship

Sandilands is reportedly preparing to launch his subscription platform in early August.
The former KIIS FM host has promised an ensemble-style show with no traditional advertising and fewer restrictions than he experienced in commercial radio.
He previously revealed that the new project would follow a format similar to the final period of The Kyle and Jackie O Show, when he hosted without longtime co-presenter Jackie “O” Henderson.
The independent platform represents a significant gamble for Sandilands, who must now convince listeners to pay directly for his content rather than access it through free-to-air radio.
However, the broadcaster will receive considerable promotional support as part of his legal settlement with ARN.

Sandilands Settles ARN Legal Battle
Sandilands recently reached a $12.09 million settlement with ARN, bringing an end to the Federal Court battle over the termination of his lucrative radio contract.
The payout was substantially lower than the approximately $85 million he had originally sought. Under the agreement, $3 million is due to be paid in July 2026, with the remaining amount scheduled to be paid in monthly instalments until June 2029.
ARN also agreed to provide $1.5 million worth of advertising support for Sandilands’ future media ventures over three years.
In return, the network will receive a 19.9 per cent share of revenue generated by those projects during that period. Sandilands is also prevented from joining a competing commercial radio network for nine months.
The settlement allowed both parties to avoid what was expected to become a lengthy and expensive Federal Court trial.

Is a Kyle and Karl Partnership Taking Shape?

Sandilands’ new home-based series may not be the only project quietly developing behind the scenes.
Companies connected to the broadcaster have reportedly registered several domain names pointing towards a possible collaboration with former Today host Karl Stefanovic.
The addresses include kyleandkarl.com.au and karlandkyle.com.au, which were registered through Sandilands’ King Kyle Group Pty Ltd.
The company had previously registered other suggestive names, including themorningmen.com.au and morningmen.com.au in 2024.
The registrations do not confirm that a joint show will go ahead, but they have intensified speculation that the two outspoken media personalities could be preparing to work together.
“It is something they’ve been talking about for a while,” a source close to the pair reportedly said.
Sandilands is also believed to have remained in regular contact with Stefanovic following the television presenter’s departure from Nine. Reports surrounding the domain registrations emerged shortly after Stefanovic left the Today show.
Both men are now exploring independent media opportunities after leaving the major networks that made them household names.
Jackie O’s Legal Fight Continues
While Sandilands has settled his case, Jackie “O” Henderson’s separate legal dispute with ARN remains unresolved.
Henderson is pursuing a claim worth approximately $82 million following the termination of her long-term radio agreement. Her case is expected to proceed to trial on October 12, with Sandilands reportedly among the witnesses who may be called.
An interlocutory hearing dealing with procedural matters is reportedly scheduled for August 24.
The legal action followed the collapse of The Kyle and Jackie O Show, ending one of Australian commercial radio’s most successful and controversial partnerships.
Kyle’s Next Chapter Begins at Home
For now, attention has shifted away from the courtroom and towards Sandilands’ Vaucluse mansion, where cameras are already capturing the beginning of his next chapter.
His new series may offer viewers an unusually close look at the legal conflict, the end of his radio career with ARN and the process of rebuilding his media business independently.
But with the possible Karl Stefanovic collaboration still surrounded by unanswered questions, At Home With Kyle may be only the first part of a much bigger plan.
